ELEN is created: European Legal Network

The upcoming October 24, ELEN, the international network of offices of lawyers, economists and prosecutors, which already were working together, will be established formally in Torino, Italy.

Its first president will be the lawyer and social graduate José Conesa Ballestero founder of the legal firm Bufete Jurídico Conesa y Asociados.

ELEN is founded with the objective to promote the channeling of legal knowledge of each one of the members of the network as well as the continued development of the practice of international law and the exchange of professionals in the period of work experience through periods of work experience in the different venues.

Based on common principles of seriousness, efficiency and passion for the profession and in a pre-existing relationship of friendship and personal knowledge, the three founders dispatches (Bufete Jurídico Conesa & Asociados, Barcelona, Studio Avvocato Carena, Turin and Droit & Ressources Humaines, Lyon) met last April in Lyon to set the rules of operating the network, your name and the date of its formal constitution and the election as the first president José Conesa Ballestero, founding partner of the legal firm Bufete Jurídico Conesa y Associados who has a wealth of experience at European and international level.

The professional members of ELEN may advise their clients on how many issues raised in international forums (especially in Europe) including actions for responding to the courts primarily in business law (commercial, labor, tax, etc.). But also in the right of people: civil, family, inheritance, etc.

Shortly will also involve other medium-scale firms operating in Spain, Italy and France, with connections in Portugal, Germany, Switzerland and Great Britain and with the expectation of having a basis in Latin America.
